Do I need to register to shop online?

Yes, you will need to register an online shopping profile, this will make your online experience more personal and convenient.

How do I select the right size for me?

A good place to start is with our Dewyface Size Guide which will tell you all about the fits of each brand.  If you purchase an item and you are not happy with the size, you are more than welcome to return it to us, subject to our Returns Terms and Conditions.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

We'll be sad to hear that but happy to help! You can return any fashion apparel purchase via the Courier who will collect from you. Unfortunately we can't accept returns on cosmetics, make-up, beauty tools, costumes, underwear or pierced jewelry - unless they arrived damaged.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. If you are usatisfied with any of your items purchased from our online store, you may return for refund, credit or exchange unused items in a sellable condition within 10 (ten) calendar days, via our courier services. With the condition that you submit photographic proof of the damage, faulty or quality issue of the product item before we proceed to approve the refund.
  2. Due to health reasons we do not accept returns on items such as cosmetics, make-up, beauty tools, costumes, underwear and earrings.

Sure thing! If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link on the "Sign In" page. We will then email you a link where you can reset a new password. 

How long will delivery take and how much will delivery cost me?

Your order will take between 5-7 working days* (i.e. excluding week-ends and public holidays) to get to you; with delivery charge of R80. You can track your order online under my account and we will also notify you via email when your order has been received, when your order has been shipped and again when it has been delivered to your chosen address. 

*Please note that when paying with EFT,your order will only be processed once the funds reflect in our account, which may take up to 48 hours depending on your bank provider. If we the payment does not reflect within 72 hours your order will automatically be cancelled.

**Orders placed to outlying areas may potentially have added delivery charges and could be delayed. Should this occur, one of our agents will contact you and keep you updated along the way. Packages weighing over 2kg within R1000 value will be charged R100 shipping fee.

How will my order get delivered to me?

We deliver to your home or work. There are certain areas in South Africa where the Courier Services cannot deliver, and in such cases we will let you know if a courier is unable to deliver in your area.

Please stipulate a suitable daytime address where someone will free to accept your parcel preferably between 08h00 and 17h00 work hours. Deliveries will only take effect on weekdays during work hours, as our courier service providers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. 

 Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa - to your chosen physical address.

Do you deliver outside the borders of South Africa?

Unfortunately not at this time. 

How much will it cost me to return my order?

We will advise you on the cost of the return while you are processing your return online, as the cost will vary depending on your location. We do not refund delivery costs.

How can I return my order or part of my order?

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items via our arranged courier service within 10 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, makeup, beauty tools, costumes, underwear or pierced jewelry  - unless they arrived damaged. Unfortunately we do not accept returns via post.

In the unfortunate case that defective or damaged items arrive at your destination, please contact us immediately at hello@dewyface.com, including your order reference number and we will give assistance.You will need to pay for the cost of the return. To make a return you will need to package your return and we will arrange pick-up with our courier service. 

 

We do not accept the following returns:

Items bought on sale cannot be refunded. Sorry! For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, makeup, beauty tools, costumes, underwear or pierced jewelry/earrings  - unless they arrived damaged. 

The courier will collect from you at your designated address. Note, you will not need to pay the courier directly for returning your merchandise, we will pay the Courier and deduct the cost from your final credit once we have received and processed your returned merchandise. 

What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the Courier delivers to me?

The Courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive your delivery. After a second delivery attempt the Courier will return your order to Dewyface, and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the package to us.

May somebody else receive my order on my behalf if I'm not available to receive it myself?

Yes you may, but please note that we will not be held liable for anyone who receives your order at your chosen address, that is not authorized by you to do so.

When can I cancel or return my order?

Once you have checked-out with your order online, you can cancel your order at any point up to the Status of "Processed". After that point, you will have to follow the normal Returns process.

How will I be credited for my return?

What if I receive a damaged item?

Should you receive a damaged item, you will be requested to take a pic of the item and email it to us at hello@dewyface.com

We will then contact you regarding the return, replacement or refund of the item.
